What is Quality?

I often get asked what is Quality Management? People often mistake quality for luxury, that’s not what it’s about. The easiest way to describe quality is consistently delivering a product or service whilst always looking for ways to improve. The improvements can be, or come from many different areas including audits, complaints, suggestions and can affect the business in different ways, but always with the goal of improving the business.
